Alright. let's get this site started! I just want to share something I recently learned, no, not learned, but understand...
There are 2 ways of looking at things. one of the ways of looking at things is spiritually and the other is carnally. They coincide together but it is not prudent to look at one without the other.
Let's look at the story of Jesus' crucifixion and why he was crucified. Carnally Jesus was crucified because he cured a blind man on the Sabbath. Looking at this with mans reason, observing from only a physical sight, the reason Jesus was crucified would look like he broke a law of that time and was punished for it. That is worldly common thought process. To look at the same situation spiritually in the context of what the messianic prophecies were, Jesus fulfilled them all spiritually. Firstly Jesus came to save the blind which was everyone, not just physically to cure one blind man. He came to free men from their spiritual darkness. It is true Jesus did break the commandment of God in a carnal way of thinking. The spiritual side of it is he came to free men from a dogmatic perception of the law that only enslaved people.
Okay, so we have Jesus opening up the eyes of the world out of darkness and then he gave the real perspective on how to observe God's law. Jesus did not break these laws in the sight of God, he broke the laws in the sight of man because men took God's law and put them into carnal observance.
Now it is our time to look at these same laws and redefine them spiritually. I hope someone learned how to look at things using your third eye. What using your third eye means to me is using your spiritual way of thinking to discern these matters.
As seen in Romans Ch 8:6
"For to be carnally minded is death: but to be spiritually minded is life and peace"
